Charles, Leo and I (Maria Nidia) were blessed to have met Grandma Lila on our vacation time. It was a truly a tremendous time of blessing that cannot be forgotten. No matter how far away we live, she is always in our hearts. Lila made her spirit present in our lives, and her legacy will live through her children, and all the lives she touched.

Everyone should be so lucky to meet a Grandma like Lila in their lifetime. For Leo and I, coming from another country, we were especially pleased to meet such a warm and wonderful Mother/Grandmother. We are so grateful for the brief time we were able to spend with her. We believe the angels are rejoicing because one of their own has rejoined them.

We are confident Grandma is now with our creator. Grandma is always with us, first through her life, then forever in our memory.

Your smile and your love will forever be in our hearts.
Till we meet again, rest in peace beautiful soul!

Judy and I had a wonderful visit with Lila on our last visit to NR. I have many other fond memories of visitation at her home over several years.

One memory that I remember in particular was the "gorgeous blooming Lilac Tree" that met us as we drove up the driveway. And we can not forget her super delicious "wild strawberry jam'.

Rest in peace, Lila; we will always remember you with much respect and fondness.
