Passed away at the CISSS de La Gaspésie , CHSLD MGR ROSS May 3, 2017 at the age of 91 and 7 months, Mrs. Gertrude Chicoine, wife of the late Mr. Richard Girard from Bougainville.
She leaves behind: her children : Beulah ( Keith ), Gordon ( late Janet ), Sybil ( Carl ), Sandra ( Lonzo ), Dean ( Marleen ), Wayne ( Diane ), Linda ( Cecil ), Gerry ( Denise ), Elsie ( Cyril ), David ( Diane ), daughter-in-law Wendy.
Many grandchildren, great-granchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, 1 sister Helena,1 brothers René.
Predeceased by her sons Carl and Lorne and daughters Carol and Loretta and her grandson Jason.
The family will receive condolences at the funeral home in Barachois on Sunday , May 7, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m..
Funeral service will be held at St-Peter`s church in Malbay, Monday ,May 8 at 3 p.m..
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Foudation Hotel-Dieu Gaspé or St-Peter`s church of Malbay, would be appreciated.
