It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Shown McWhirter on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the age of 45 years old.

Predeceased by his father Lyndsay Mcwhirter and nephew Steve Susee.

Leaving behind his soul mate Nora Walker, as well as his pride and joys “his boys” Ryan (Agathe), Chase, Chance, Deshown, and soon to be grandson Nixon.
His mother Viola Anez McWhirter.
Brothers Lornie (Judy), Marvin (Diane), Kerrie. Darren, Sisters Melanie (Steven) & Gail (Mark).
His nephews and nieces Catlin, Kenny, Christopher, Jamie, Cory, Joey, John, Jean Luc, Tyler, Justin, Samantha, Amanda, Sabrina, Crystal, and Natasha. As well as many great-nephews and great-nieces.

A devoted family man was the best way to describe Shown. He will be sorrowfully missed by his loved ones and all who knew him.

Shown had a deep passion for old country music and could often be found strumming old classics on his guitar. He loved hunting, working on his home, and spending his time with his family.

The light in Shown’s life and his legacy will be carried on in the lives of his children and grandson.

The family will receive condolences at the Salon Funéraire Réjean Bélanger & Sons in Paspebiac on Friday, March 3rd, 2023 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Professional services have been entrusted to the Salon Funéraire Henri Thibodeau inc., a subsidiary of the HG Division network certified Distinction by the Corporation des
thanatologues du Québec and by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec.

The management and staff of HG Division offer their deepest condolences to the family and thank them for their trust.
