Passed away at CISSS De La Gaspésie, CHSLD Mgr ROSS on December 04 at the age of 93 years Mr. Melvin Roberts husband of the late Mrs. Laura Shaw from Gaspé.
The family will receive condolences at the Résidence Funéraire Valère Fortin inc.,located at 86 Jacques-Cartier St., on Thursday December 07 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday December 08 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m..
Memorial service will be held at the funeral home Friday at 11 a.m..
Mr. Melvin Roberts leaves behind;5 daughters : Vernice ( Barry ), Freda ( Jean-Claude ), Marlyn (Rejean ), Debbie ( Donald ), Lisa ( Blent ),
3 sons: Barry ( Cecile ), Jerry, Kevin ( late Beryl ), 14 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, 3 step-sisters,1 step-brother, many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Gaspé Cancer Foundation.
